Roseau, Dominica – The Government of Dominica and Range Developments Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), for the construction of a 75 to 125 room, high-end luxury brand hotel in the north of the island. The signing took place today, Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at the Cabinet Secretariat with Rosemond Edwards, Financial Secretary signing on behalf of government and Mohammed Asaria, signing on behalf of Range Developments.
